Best Cold Email Agencies in 2026: Six of Fifteen Publish a Price, and the Cheapest Is $1,500 a Month

Six of the fifteen agencies named across the 2026 cold email roundups publish a price on their own site. The cheapest is $1,500 a month and the most expensive is $11,950 per four-week cycle, which bills thirteen times a year rather than twelve.

There is no neutral ranking of the best cold email agencies, because most of the lists that rank for the phrase were written by agencies competing in it. The standard here is the one we apply across our agency comparison series: only what a company publishes about itself counts, every figure carries the date it was read, and every source is linked at the end. Every page below was read on 3 October 2026. For the broader category rather than cold email specifically, start with our comparison of the B2B lead generation companies.

Which cold email agencies publish a price?

Six do: LeadButton, Lead Cookie, OutreachBloom, Growth Rhino, Uptown Creation and SalesRoads. Of those, five publish a figure for outreach retainers and one, Uptown Creation, publishes prices for LinkedIn work only. The remaining nine either require a call or, in ColdIQ’s case, now sell software rather than a service.

Agency Price published on its own site Term published
LeadButton Launch $1,500 per month, Growth $3,500 per month, Scale custom Monthly, no minimum term, no setup fee
Lead Cookie Core outbound campaigns “starting at $1,500 / month”, boutique campaigns “starting at $3,700 / month”, both LinkedIn plus email None published
OutreachBloom Cold email outreach “Starts at $2,400/mo”. LinkedIn outreach $1,000 per month, Reddit marketing $1,900 per month None published
Growth Rhino Cold email $2,000 to $5,000 per month, LinkedIn $1,000 to $3,000, cold calling $2,000 to $5,000, consulting $125 per hour. Stated as “starting ranges to give you a feel for our price points, not fixed quotes” No lock-in stated
Uptown Creation LinkedIn outbound $2,997 per month, LinkedIn content $2,997 per month, both together $4,997 per month. No cold email price published None published
SalesRoads $11,950 per four-week cycle for one SDR, $16,750 for two, $43,150 for six, which works out at $7,192 per rep “No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime”
Belkins None. Tiers are described by annual appointment volume, 30+, 100+ and 200+ a year, with “Save up to $10,000 annually” on included tools None stated
SalesHive None. “One flat monthly fee”, “Plans are custom quoted” after a 30-minute call “No setup fees, no long-term contracts”, cancel anytime with written notice
Martal Group None. Flat fee per month on Tier 1A, flat fee plus sales commission on Tiers 2 and 3, every figure behind a quote request 3-month pilot on Tier 1A, 4-month pilot on Tiers 2 and 3
Leadium None. The consultation form offers budget bands starting at $2,500 to $3,500 and running to above $10,000 “All of our contracts are month-to-month”
Cleverly None, and no pricing page in the navigation Not published
SalesBread None. “It’s a month-to-month service” Month to month
Frontal None. “Pricing is scoped to your stack and goals, and we walk through it on a 30-minute call” Fixed 90-day build, then the execution layer month to month
Beanstalk Consulting None Not published
ColdIQ $0 free tier, then $99, $199, $499, $999, $1,999 and $4,999 per month, priced in data credits rather than as a service retainer Monthly subscription
Each company’s own pages, read 3 October 2026. Quoted phrases are the wording on the page that day.

ColdIQ is worth pausing on, because its own article is one of the pages ranking for this query and it lists ColdIQ first. The company now describes itself as a go-to-market data platform selling credits through an API, with 40-plus data providers behind one key, priced from $99 to $4,999 a month. Whatever it was when the list was written, the top entry on that list is no longer an agency that will run a campaign for you.

What does $2,400 a month actually buy?

Only two of the fifteen publish a volume you could hold them to. OutreachBloom states 10,000 to 100,000 targeted contacts a month inside its $2,400 cold email tier, along with infrastructure, deliverability management, list building, messaging, A/B testing and reply management. SalesRoads states 500 hand-curated prospect records per SDR per month inside its $11,950 cycle, plus a playbook, CRM integration, a dashboard, a client strategist, an SDR performance coach and a research team. Everyone else describes scope in adjectives.

Agency Volume published How setup and build are billed
OutreachBloom 10,000 to 100,000 targeted contacts per month Infrastructure and deliverability stated as included in the monthly
SalesRoads 500 hand-curated records per SDR per month Dedicated SDRs, support team, playbook and data operations stated as covered by the base fee
Growth Rhino None published Explicit that build work is “priced as a project rather than hidden in a monthly”
SalesHive None published “No setup fees”, with SDR salary, benefits, commissions and platform stated as inside the one flat fee
Lead Cookie None published Not published
LeadButton Scope set per program and written into the agreement Prospect list, sending infrastructure and domain warming included, no setup fee
Each company’s own pages, read 3 October 2026.

Growth Rhino’s line about build work is the most useful sentence any of these sites contains, and it cuts against its own price. If a retainer looks cheap and the build is a separate project, the first invoice is not the monthly. Ask for both numbers before comparing anything to anything.

What do the review platforms show?

Clutch is the only platform in this category that publishes a minimum project size alongside the rating, and the minimums are close to useless. Four of the five profiles below say “$1,000+”, which is the lowest band on Clutch’s own form rather than anything the agency would actually accept. SalesRoads is the exception, and it is the one agency whose Clutch minimum matches its published rate card.

Agency Clutch rating Reviews Minimum project size Hourly rate Company size
Leadium 5.0 85 $1,000+ Under $25 per hour 50 to 249
Belkins 4.9 234 $1,000+ Under $25 per hour 50 to 249
SalesRoads 4.9 68 $10,000+ Undisclosed 50 to 249
Martal Group 4.8 109 $1,000+ $25 to $49 per hour 250 to 999
Cleverly 4.3 85 $1,000+ $25 to $49 per hour 10 to 49
Clutch profiles, read 3 October 2026. Ratings and review counts move, so treat these as a snapshot of that date.

Two cautions on reading this table. Belkins has 234 reviews and Cleverly has 85, so a 0.6 gap in rating is carrying very different sample sizes behind it. And SalesHive’s Clutch profile held a single review rated 0.5 out of 5 on 3 October 2026, which is far too thin to read anything into in either direction. A profile with one review is not a low score, it is an absent one. The spread of what a meeting ends up costing across all of these models is in our breakdown of the cost per booked meeting benchmark.

Why does every list of the best cold email agencies rank a different company first?

Because the publisher is usually in the list. The difference in this niche, compared with the appointment setting and SaaS roundups we checked earlier, is that two of the ranking pages now say so on the page. That is a real improvement and it is worth naming.

Top 10 Cold Email Agencies in the USA (2026) Saleshandy, a software vendor, not an agency Not in the list Not applicable Updated 21 July 2026
Pages read 3 October 2026. Positions are as published on that date.

The prices on those lists are a different matter. Saleshandy’s page puts SalesHive at $5,000 to $12,000 a month across three tiers; SalesHive publishes no figure at all on its own pricing page and states that plans are custom quoted. ColdIQ’s list puts Belkins at roughly $5,000 to $15,000 a month; Belkins publishes no dollar amount on its pricing page either. Both estimates may well be accurate. Neither is a price, and neither is something you can hold anyone to. Third-party ranges in this category are leads to check, never quotes. We found the same gap when we compared the best appointment setting companies and again across the outbound agencies selling to SaaS.

How many meetings does each published price have to produce?

Divide the year-one cost by what one booked meeting is worth to you. At a $15,000 average contract value and a 20% meeting-to-closed-won rate, a meeting is worth $3,000, so a $28,800 program needs about ten closed-won-eligible meetings a year to break even. At a $50,000 contract value the same program needs three. That one calculation eliminates more agencies than any feature comparison.

Program at its published entry price Year-one cost Meetings to break even at $15K ACV At $50K ACV
LeadButton Launch, $1,500 per month $18,000 6 1.8
Lead Cookie core, from $1,500 per month $18,000 6 1.8
Growth Rhino cold email, low end of $2,000 per month $24,000 8 2.4
OutreachBloom cold email, from $2,400 per month $28,800 9.6 2.9
LeadButton Growth, $3,500 per month $42,000 14 4.2
Lead Cookie boutique, from $3,700 per month $44,400 14.8 4.4
SalesRoads, one SDR at $11,950 per four-week cycle $155,350 51.8 15.5
Our arithmetic on published entry prices as of 3 October 2026, at a 20% meeting-to-closed-won rate. These are list prices multiplied out against two illustrative contract values. They are not quotes and not a forecast of any campaign result.

The SalesRoads row is the one most people get wrong, and not because the agency hides anything. Its rate card is priced per four-week cycle, and a year holds thirteen of those, not twelve. One SDR is $155,350 a year, not the $143,400 a monthly reading gives you. The six-SDR line is $560,950. Both figures are defensible for a managed phone-and-email pod with a named support team behind it, but a $12,000 difference on a single rep is the kind of thing that should appear in your model rather than in month thirteen.

What should I ask the nine that will not name a number?

Four questions, ordered so the most candidates drop out fastest. First, the monthly figure and the minimum term, in writing, before any discovery call: if a company needs three calls to tell you a price, assume the price is a function of your budget rather than its cost. Second, whether the build is inside the retainer or billed as a project, because Growth Rhino is the only one of the fifteen that says plainly which it is.

Third, who owns the sending domains and mailboxes, and what happens to them when the contract ends. An outbound program running on agency-controlled domains is renting its own deliverability, and a burned domain does not recover on a schedule you control. Fourth, the written definition of a qualified meeting and the written remedy if the count is missed. A make-good in extra meetings costs an agency labor it has already allocated; a refund costs it margin. Only one of those changes behavior, and none of the nine publishes which applies.

The same test applies to this page. LeadButton is a cold email agency writing about cold email agencies. We are in both pricing tables above, the numbers next to our name are the ones we charge, and every competitor figure here is a link you can open yourself.

How LeadButton handles this

We publish the price, which puts us in the group of six on this page rather than the group of nine that makes you book a call to learn a number. Launch is $1,500 a month for fully managed cold email, including the prospect list, the sending infrastructure, the domains, the warming and weekly reporting. Growth is $3,500 a month and adds LinkedIn, live agents working the replies, CRM sync and booking straight onto your calendar. Scale is custom for multi-inbox programs that need a dedicated success manager and SLAs. Billing is monthly on a calendar month, not a four-week cycle, there is no minimum term and no setup fee. At a $15,000 contract value, Launch pays for itself at six closed-won-eligible meetings a year. The tiers are on the LeadButton pricing page.
