Best Appointment Setting Companies in 2026: Five of Ten Publish a Price, One Guarantees Meetings
Ten appointment setting companies recur across the 2026 roundups. Five publish a price on their own site, one publishes a meeting guarantee, and every figure below was read off the company’s own pages on 17 September 2026.
There is no neutral ranking of the best appointment setting companies, because nearly every list that ranks for that phrase was written by an agency that placed itself first. The standard used here is the same one we use across our agency comparison series: only what a company publishes about itself counts, everything carries a date, and every source is linked at the end. For the wider category rather than appointment setting specifically, start with our comparison of the B2B lead generation companies.
Which are the best appointment setting companies in 2026?
Ten names carry the category: Abstrakt Marketing Group, Belkins, Callbox, CIENCE, EBQ, LevelUp Leads, Martal Group, SalesHive, SalesRoads and Superhuman Prospecting. Five of them put a dollar figure on their own site. One of them, Belkins, publishes a guaranteed number of appointments. The published entry prices span from $1,125 a month to $11,950 per four weeks, a spread of more than ten to one inside a single category.
| Company | Price published on its own site | Meeting guarantee published | Minimum term published |
|---|---|---|---|
| Superhuman Prospecting | “we start as low as $1125 per month” | None | Month to month, “we also eliminated long-term contracts” |
| CIENCE | $5,000 setup plus $2,000 per month team plus $499 per month platform, stated first month total $7,499. SDR add-on $1,500 to $6,500 per month plus $1,000 onboarding per SDR | None | Month to month |
| Belkins | “from $5,000” starter, 1,500 leads per month, 3 channels | 100 guaranteed appointments per year; 100 to 400 annually in the comparison table | None stated; 14 day launch |
| LevelUp Leads | From $5,000 per month | None | “Initial 3-month commitment, and then our services roll over to month-to-month” |
| SalesRoads | $11,950 per 4 weeks for 1 SDR, rising to $43,150 per 4 weeks for 6 | None | “without long-term commitments, and you can cancel at any time” |
| Abstrakt Marketing Group | $4,000 to $8,000 per month, its own estimate of itself inside its own roundup | None | Not published |
| Martal Group | Tiers listed, flat fee per month, no figure anywhere | None | 3 month pilot on Tier 1A, 4 month pilot on Tiers 2 and 3 |
| SalesHive | None. “Three tiers. Two team options. One bill.” | None | “No setup fees. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with written notice.” |
| Callbox | None | None | Not published |
| EBQ | None on the appointment setting page | None | Not published |
| LeadButton | Launch $1,500 per month, Growth $3,500 per month, Scale custom | None | Billed monthly, cancel anytime |
One detail worth keeping: prices in this category move, and they move upward. When we read the SalesRoads pricing page on 9 September 2026 for our lead generation comparison, one SDR was listed at $9,950 per four weeks. On 17 September the same page reads $11,950, a 20% increase in eight days, while the two SDR figure of $16,750 did not change. That is not a criticism of SalesRoads, which publishes more than most of this list does. It is the reason every number on this page is dated.
What does one booked meeting actually cost at these prices?
Only Belkins publishes both a price and a meeting count, so Belkins is the only company on this list where cost per meeting can be computed from published figures rather than guessed. At the starter price of $5,000 a month and 100 guaranteed appointments a year, a guaranteed appointment costs $600. Everywhere else the denominator is missing and the retainer is all you can compare.
| Company and tier | Annual cost at the published entry price | Meetings published | Cost per meeting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Superhuman Prospecting, entry | $13,500 | None published | Not computable |
| LeadButton Launch | $18,000 | None published | Not computable |
| CIENCE, core system, year one | $32,488 ($7,499 first month plus 11 months at $2,499) | None published | Not computable |
| LeadButton Growth | $42,000 | None published | Not computable |
| Belkins, starter, on the guarantee | $60,000 | 100 guaranteed per year | $600 |
| Belkins, starter, on the headline claim | $60,000 | “20+ sales-qualified meetings monthly”, or 240 per year | $250 |
| LevelUp Leads, entry | $60,000 | None published | Not computable |
| SalesRoads, 1 SDR | $155,350 ($11,950 across 13 four week cycles) | None published | Not computable |
The Belkins line is the one to read twice, because both numbers come off the same page. The headline says 20 or more sales qualified meetings a month, which is 240 a year. The starter package says 100 guaranteed appointments a year. That is a 140 meeting gap between the marketing number and the commitment number, and the difference in cost per meeting is $250 against $600. Neither figure is dishonest. Only one of them is the one you can hold them to.
Apply that test to every quote you collect. Divide the retainer by the number of meetings that appears in the contract, not the number on the landing page. If the contract number is zero, you are buying prospecting activity rather than meetings, and you should be pricing it against the fully loaded cost of hiring an SDR instead of against other agencies. The four ways this gets billed, and what each one does to your risk, are laid out in our breakdown of appointment setting pricing models.
What counts as a qualified appointment, and who writes the definition?
Two of the ten publish a definition you could argue with in writing. The rest use the words “qualified” or “sales-qualified” with no criteria attached, which means the criteria get set during onboarding, by them. This single document determines what you receive for the entire contract, and it is decided before anyone discusses price.
| Company | Definition published? | What the page says |
|---|---|---|
| Superhuman Prospecting | Yes, in full | The prospect “has agreed to meet with a sales executive, at a specific date and time, after understanding the value proposition, expressing interest in hearing more and met certain qualifications that are defined upfront” |
| SalesRoads | Yes | Confirms “budget, authority, need, and timeline, then book a confirmed meeting on your calendar” |
| EBQ | Partly | “Qualify prospects against agreed-upon criteria to ensure only sales-ready opportunities are passed to the closing team”. The criteria themselves are not published |
| Belkins | No | Uses “sales-qualified meetings” and “decision-makers who are ready to talk” without stating the test |
| SalesHive | No | Claims “129K+ Qualified meetings booked” with no criteria published |
| Callbox, CIENCE, LevelUp Leads, Martal Group, Abstrakt | No | No definition on the pages checked |
The gap between the two published definitions is the whole argument in this category. SalesRoads requires confirmed budget, authority, need and timeline before the meeting counts. Superhuman Prospecting requires agreement to a specific date and time plus qualifications agreed in advance, which can be a much lower bar depending on what those qualifications turn out to be. A BANT qualified meeting and a confirmed calendar slot are different products at the same list price, and the cheaper definition will always produce more meetings.
Why does every “best appointment setting companies” list rank a different company first?
Because the publisher is usually in the list. We checked the two agency published roundups currently ranking for this query and both put themselves at number one, neither with a disclosure on the page.
| The list | Who published it | Publisher’s own position | Dates on the page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best B2B Appointment Setting Companies in the USA | Callbox, an agency in the category | Number 1 of 10, no disclosure | Published 25 Mar 2026, updated 21 Aug 2026 |
| 15 Best Appointment Setting Companies for Sales Growth in 2026 | Abstrakt Marketing Group, an agency in the category | Number 1 of 15, no disclosure | Published 15 May 2026, updated 4 Sep 2026 |
| Best Appointment Setting Service Companies, September 2026 rankings | Clutch, a review platform, not an agency | Not in the category, 1,587 companies listed | Updated 16 Sep 2026 |
Abstrakt’s list goes further than most and attaches a monthly price range to all fifteen companies, including the ones that publish nothing. Where the vendor does publish, the estimate runs low. Abstrakt puts SalesRoads at $5,000 to $10,000 a month; SalesRoads publishes $11,950 per four weeks, which is roughly $12,946 a month across the thirteen cycles in a year, about 29% above the top of Abstrakt’s range. Treat any third party price range as a lead to check, never as a price.
The same test applies here. LeadButton is an appointment setting agency writing about appointment setting agencies. We are in the first table, our prices are the ones we actually charge, and every competitor figure on this page is a link you can open yourself.
Do the Clutch rankings separate these companies?
Not on rating. Every company on the front of Clutch’s appointment setting category sits between 4.9 and 5.0, a band too narrow to mean anything. The two fields that do separate them are minimum project size and published hourly rate, and the spread there is roughly twelve to one.
| Company | Rating | Reviews | Minimum project | Hourly rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A-SALES AB | 4.9 | 83 | $1,000+ | $200 to $300 |
| LevelUp Leads | 5.0 | 59 | $1,000+ | $25 to $49 |
| Belkins | 4.9 | 233 | $1,000+ | Under $25 |
| SalesRoads | 4.9 | 67 | $10,000+ | Undisclosed |
| Leadium | 5.0 | 82 | $1,000+ | Under $25 |
| Appointment Setter Online | 5.0 | 54 | $1,000+ | Undisclosed |
| SalesPro Leads | 4.9 | 7 | $1,000+ | Under $25 |
Two things to take from that table. SalesRoads is the only company on it declaring a $10,000 minimum project, which matches its published $11,950 per four weeks and tells you it is not competing for the same buyer as the rest. And a 4.9 on 7 reviews is not comparable to a 4.9 on 233 reviews; the first is seven customers, the second is a record. The $1,000+ minimum that almost everyone displays is a lead capture setting rather than a price, and every one of them will quote you a multiple of it.
How do I shortlist three of these without wasting a month?
Four checks, ordered so the most candidates fall out fastest. First, match the published entry price to your budget, which eliminates roughly half the list before you take a single call: if your ceiling is $4,000 a month, SalesRoads at $11,950 per four weeks and the two companies starting at $5,000 are already out. Second, ask for the written definition of a qualified appointment before you discuss fees, because that definition and not the fee decides what arrives on your calendar.
Third, ask whether any meeting guarantee is a make good in meetings or a refund in dollars, and what the remedy is if the count comes up short. Belkins is the only company here publishing a guaranteed annual figure, and the remedy behind it is not published, so it is a question rather than a reassurance. Fourth, ask who owns the sending domains and the mailboxes, and what happens to them when the contract ends. An agency running your outreach on domains it controls can leave you with nothing transferable, and a burned domain does not recover on a schedule. If you want the underlying market rates before you negotiate, our guide to what a B2B lead generation agency costs in 2026 covers the whole spread.
How LeadButton handles this
We publish the price, which puts us in the group of six on this page rather than the group of five that makes you book a call to learn a number. Launch is $1,500 a month for fully managed email outreach, including the prospect list, sending infrastructure, domain warming and weekly reporting. Growth is $3,500 a month and adds LinkedIn, live agents working the replies, CRM sync and booking straight onto your calendar. Scale is custom for multi inbox programs that need a dedicated success manager and SLAs. Billing is monthly, there is no minimum term and no setup fee, and the sending infrastructure is included rather than invoiced as onboarding. We publish no meeting guarantee, and we will tell you why on the call rather than putting a number on a landing page we cannot put in a contract. The tiers are on the LeadButton pricing page.
