Client responsibilities

Results and estimates

Performance figures, benchmarks, and case studies describe past results and are not guarantees of future outcomes. Lead and meeting volumes depend on factors including your offer, market, targeting parameters, and responsiveness, and may vary.

Fees and payment

Fees are as set out in the applicable order or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due as invoiced. We may suspend or discontinue services where fees are not paid as agreed.

Intellectual property

Our website content, branding, software, targeting methodologies, and materials remain the property of LeadButton and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Deliverables provided to a client may be used by that client for its own business purposes in connection with the engagement.

No warranties

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadButton will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or relating to the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
