Belkins vs CIENCE in 2026: CIENCE Now Publishes a $2,499 Monthly Base Inside graph8, and Belkins Still Publishes No Price
Belkins vs CIENCE comes down to one structural difference in October 2026: CIENCE publishes a $2,499 monthly base, a $2,000 campaign team plus the $499 graph8 platform, before you add a single SDR, and Belkins publishes no price at all. Everything else on this page follows from that, and from the fact that CIENCE is now part of graph8.
This comparison follows the same rules as the rest of our agency comparison series: only what a company publishes about itself, or what a review platform shows, counts. Every figure below is dated and every source is linked at the end. All pages were read on 19 October 2026, and where CIENCE’s own pages have changed since we last read them on 11 October, we say so.
What is the difference between Belkins and CIENCE?
Belkins sells appointment volume: its packages are named by how many meetings a year they target, 30+, 100+ or 200+. CIENCE sells capacity: a campaign team, a software platform and SDR seats priced per person, with a bonus tied to held meetings. One quotes you an outcome and a retainer on a call. The other prints the components and lets you do the multiplication.
| What each publishes | Belkins | CIENCE |
|---|---|---|
| Ownership | Independent agency, operating since 2017 | Part of the graph8 group, with Tenbound |
| How it is sold | Monthly retainer packages by annual appointments: 30+, 100+, 200+, plus custom Enterprise | Setup fee, then campaign team, platform and SDR seats, plus a performance bonus |
| Published price | None. The only dollar figure is “up to $10,000” a year saved on included tools | $2,000 a month team, $499 a month platform, SDRs from $1,750 (offshore), $2,500 (Europe), $3,500 (US) |
| Setup fee | Not stated | One-time, amount not stated |
| Contract term | Not stated. Custom terms on Enterprise | “Month to month, no long contract” |
| Channels | Email and LinkedIn on the small business tier; adds intent calling, WhatsApp, executive dinners and conferences on Growth; everything, including paid ads and ABM, on Growth Plus | Email, phone and LinkedIn infrastructure, four campaigns: buyer intent, best-fit accounts, website visitors, competitor customers |
| Time to launch | Campaigns within 14 days, first appointments within the following 30 days | “Live in less than 14 days” |
| Guarantee | Homepage meta description says it “guarantees 100-400 yearly appointments”; the pricing page contains no guarantee wording | None found on the pricing or proof pages |
The guarantee row deserves a careful read. Belkins’ search snippet uses the word “guarantees,” but the package page you would actually sign against does not repeat it. If a guaranteed count matters to you, ask for it in the contract, with the remedy for a miss written next to it.
What happened to CIENCE? Is it part of graph8 now?
Yes. CIENCE’s own about page says “graph8 acquired the assets of CIENCE,” and graph8’s company page says CIENCE and Tenbound became part of graph8 in 2025, with the investor Capchase contributing both companies. CIENCE still delivers the managed SDR service. graph8 is the software, and its platform fee is now a fixed line on every CIENCE plan.
The two descriptions use different words for the same move, an asset acquisition on one page and a contribution of companies on the other, and neither page gives a closing date. For a buyer the practical points are simpler: the vendor you sign with sits inside a larger group, the platform you pay for is a graph8 product, and the content estate that used to live on cience.com has moved.
| Date | What happened | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 2016 | CIENCE starts. Clutch lists the founding year as 2015 | graph8 company page, CIENCE about page, Clutch |
| 2018 | The founder leaves to build other companies; the CIENCE team keeps running the business | graph8 company page |
| 2016 to 2024 | CIENCE grows to “over 1,000 SDRs” | graph8 company page |
| 7 July 2025 | Sales Technology Podcast episode: Tenbound “has officially joined forces with Cience,” and graph8 is described as spun out of CIENCE | iHeart episode listing |
| 29 August 2025 | Tenbound founder David Dulany announces the move on his blog and calls graph8 “a new AI-powered platform” | daviddulany.com |
| 2025 | “CIENCE and Tenbound become part of graph8” | graph8 company page |
| By October 2026 | cience.com/blog returns a 302 redirect to graph8.com/insights/sales-development/, which lists 203 posts | Our check, 19 October 2026 |
Two numbers on CIENCE’s own pages do not line up, and you should know which one you are being quoted. The about page says “2,500+” clients served. The proof page says “1,000+ B2B brands served across the group via CIENCE.” Neither page explains the gap. Ask which figure a sales rep is using, and over what period.
How much does CIENCE cost after the graph8 move?
$2,499 a month before SDRs, plus a one-time setup fee with no published amount. Each SDR adds $1,750 a month offshore, $2,500 in Europe or $3,500 in the US, all stated as “starting at.” CIENCE’s own worked example, five offshore SDRs, comes to $11,249 a month plus bonus.
The rate card is not the one we recorded eight days ago. When we read the same CIENCE pricing page for our comparison of Belkins alternatives on 11 October 2026, it listed a $5,000 setup, a $1,000 onboarding fee per SDR, SDR levels from $1,500 offshore to $6,500 in the US, and a per-meeting fee tied to an ROI goal. On 19 October none of those figures appear.
| Line item | As we read it, 11 October 2026 | As published, 19 October 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | $5,000 one-time, a 5-day sprint | One-time, no amount stated, live in under 14 days |
| Campaign team | $2,000 a month | $2,000 a month |
| Platform | $499 a month | $499 a month, including 75,000 credits |
| SDR onboarding | $1,000 per SDR | Not listed |
| Cheapest SDR | $1,500 a month, offshore Level 1 | From $1,750 a month, offshore |
| US SDR | Levels up to $6,500 a month | From $3,500 a month, no levels shown |
| Performance pay | Per-meeting fee “typically 4x” ROI goal, plus commission past 60% of target | Bonus only: nothing below 60% of held-meeting target, base × % of target × 0.35 from 60% to 99%, × 0.7 at 100% and above |
| Term | Month to month | Month to month |
The bonus formula is the line to pin down before you sign. At 100% of target an SDR’s bonus is 0.7 times “base,” and the page never says what base is. If base means the SDR’s monthly fee, a $1,750 offshore rep at target costs $1,750 plus $1,225, or $2,975 that month. If it means something else, the number moves. Get the definition in writing.
How much does Belkins cost?
Belkins does not say. Its pricing page describes four packages by annual appointment volume and calls them “monthly retainer packages,” but prints no fee, term or cancellation rule. The 30+ small business tier is delivered “through partnering agencies in the Belkins ecosystem,” not by Belkins’ own team.
Without a price, the useful move is to convert whatever you are quoted into a cost per appointment. On the 100+ Growth tier, every $1,000 a month in retainer adds $120 to each appointment over a year. A $5,000 quote is $600 an appointment at 100 a year and $300 at 200. Ask which count the quote is built on, and what changes if the count is missed.
What does year one cost with Belkins vs CIENCE?
For CIENCE, $29,988 a year for team and platform alone, rising to $50,988 with one offshore SDR and $71,988 with one US SDR, before setup and bonus. For Belkins, we cannot multiply a price that is not published, so the table shows what a range of quotes would mean per appointment instead.
| Program | Monthly | Year one, published lines only | Per appointment at 100 a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| LeadButton Launch | $1,500 | $18,000 | $180 |
| CIENCE team and platform, no SDR | $2,499 | $29,988 + setup | $300 |
| LeadButton Growth | $3,500 | $42,000 | $420 |
| Belkins Growth at a $4,000 quote | $4,000 | $48,000 | $480 |
| CIENCE plus one offshore SDR | $4,249 | $50,988 + setup + bonus | $510 |
| CIENCE plus one US SDR | $5,999 | $71,988 + setup + bonus | $720 |
| Belkins Growth at an $8,000 quote | $8,000 | $96,000 | $960 |
The CIENCE rows understate the true number in two ways: setup has no published figure, and the bonus starts paying out once an SDR reaches 60% of target. The better an SDR performs, the more the month costs, which is reasonable, but it means the budget line is a floor, not a cap. How do Belkins and CIENCE compare on Clutch?
Belkins rates 4.9 across 234 reviews. CIENCE rates 4.2 across 142. Both list Denver as headquarters, both show a $1,000+ minimum project size and under $25 an hour, and CIENCE is listed at 1,000 to 9,999 employees against Belkins’ 50 to 249.
| Clutch field | Belkins | CIENCE Technologies |
|---|---|---|
| Rating | 4.9 | 4.2 |
| Reviews | 234 | 142 |
| Minimum project size | $1,000+ | $1,000+ |
| Hourly rate | Under $25 | Under $25 |
| Employees | 50 to 249 | 1,000 to 9,999 |
| Founded | 2017 | 2015 |
| Headquarters | Denver, CO, with offices in Kyiv, Lombard IL and Dover DE | Denver, CO, also listed in Kyiv and Guadalajara |
The $1,000+ minimum is the lowest band on Clutch’s own form, not a price either company will accept, so do not read it as an entry point. The rating gap is the more telling number: 0.7 of a point across samples of 142 and 234 is not noise. Read the most recent CIENCE reviews to see whether they predate or follow the graph8 move, because that is the change most likely to affect your experience.
Why do Belkins vs CIENCE comparison pages disagree on price?
Because the two that rank for this query are written by vendors selling an alternative, and neither cites a source for its Belkins figures. Miniloop puts Belkins at $3,000 to $15,000 a month. FlowStrata puts it at roughly $4,000 to $8,000 on 3 to 6 month contracts. Belkins itself confirms neither.
Their CIENCE numbers have aged faster. Miniloop’s page, dated 12 May 2026, lists a $5,000 setup, a $1,500 a month GTM team retainer and about $250 per held meeting; the current page shows a $2,000 team fee, no setup amount and no per-meeting fee. FlowStrata, undated, puts CIENCE at $10,000 to $25,000 or more a month. Miniloop recommends Belkins if email is your main channel, then adds a section on how Miniloop differs from both. FlowStrata ends by recommending FlowStrata. We saw the same pattern of list prices drifting from published prices in our roundup of the best B2B lead generation companies.
Should I choose Belkins or CIENCE?
Choose CIENCE if you want to model the cost before the first call, need SDR seats you can add or drop each month, and are comfortable buying into the graph8 platform as part of the deal. Choose Belkins if you want a package defined by appointment volume, need channels like executive dinners or paid ads under one retainer, and are willing to negotiate the price and the guarantee in the contract.
- Budget certainty: CIENCE. Every monthly line is printed, though setup and bonus base are not.
- Outcome framing: Belkins. Packages are named by appointments, which makes a guarantee easier to write in.
- Review record: Belkins, 4.9 against 4.2 on Clutch.
- Vendor stability: Ask CIENCE directly which entity you contract with, graph8 or CIENCE, and who owns the domains and mailboxes when you leave. Ask Belkins the same domain question.

How LeadButton handles this
We publish the price, so there is nothing to decode. Launch is $1,500 a month for fully managed cold email, including the prospect list, domain warming and weekly reporting, billed monthly with cancel anytime. Growth is $3,500 a month and adds LinkedIn, dedicated live agents on replies, CRM sync, Calendly booking and a real-time dashboard. Scale is custom for multi-inbox programs with a dedicated success manager and SLAs. These are starting points, scoped to your ICP, channels and volume, and they are listed in full on the LeadButton pricing page.
